Physical gifts and digital designs

Only products with an available checkout can be ordered for delivery. Products marked “Ordering soon” support design previews only. Digital artwork and credit packs do not include a physical shipment.

We currently accept physical delivery addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Australia. Available destinations are also shown in the shipping form.

Production and delivery

Each paid order is reviewed before it goes into production. We may contact you if the image resolution or design needs attention. A ready-made design also goes through this production process; “ready-made” describes the finished design and does not mean an item is already in stock for immediate dispatch.

Our current estimate for United States orders is 5–10 business days after payment and artwork approval. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. International delivery, seasonal demand, artwork revisions and customs can take longer. Contact support@giftmaker.ai before ordering for a fixed deadline or to ask about a destination's current estimate.

Charges and addresses

The displayed physical product price includes standard delivery to the supported destination. Review the total before paying. We do not calculate or collect import duties at checkout; destination authorities may assess charges separately. Contact us before ordering if this affects your decision.

Please check the recipient name and full address carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately with your order reference. Changes may no longer be possible after production or dispatch.

Tracking and problems

We add the carrier and tracking number to My orders after dispatch and attempt to send a shipping email. If tracking stops updating, a parcel is missing or the item arrives damaged, email us with your order reference. See Refunds & returns.
