Question 1

What can I personalize?

Accepted Answer

Create a design for mugs, canvas prints, posters, blankets, puzzles, ornaments, pillows, tote bags and travel tumblers. Add photos, names and words, or explore AI art styles. All eleven support design previews. Physical ordering for the eight new collection products opens soon; their pages explain what is available.

Question 2

Is the preview free?

Accepted Answer

Try one free guest preview. An email-verified account includes up to three free previews in total, including a guest preview saved to it. AI generation aims to create two watermarked versions and keeps a successful version if the other fails. Free previews depend on shared-network and daily capacity limits. Additional previews cost 5 credits, shown before you generate. If a paid two-version generation delivers only one, it costs 2 credits and 3 are automatically returned to their original balance and expiry.

Question 3

What does unlocking include?

Accepted Answer

50 credits unlocks the available original-resolution versions without the watermark, plus a personal gift page and an editable message. Credit packs start at $9.99 for 100 credits. Physical orders include the design’s digital unlock, with no extra credits.

Question 4

How long does it take to receive a physical print?

Accepted Answer

US delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Orders are reviewed before printing. Delivery to other supported countries varies; contact support before ordering for a fixed date.

Question 5

Who can see my photo and gift?

Accepted Answer

Your starting photo and original-resolution files are private to your account or guest session. Images are sent to our AI service providers to create and check the artwork. A gift page is accessible to anyone you share its link with; keep that link private until you’re ready.

Question 6

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Accepted Answer

Each artwork includes one free retry, and unlocking adds one more. Further retries cost 5 credits. If a generation fails, its credits are returned; if only one of two versions is delivered, 3 of the 5 credits are returned. Returned credits keep their original expiry and payment status. Keep your favourite version before trying again: a successful retry replaces the previous versions. Contact support if you need help with a print.
