What can I personalize?

Create a design for a photo mug, canvas print or poster. Use your own photo, add a name or short caption, choose a layout, or explore an AI art style. Preview the design before unlocking it. Blankets, puzzles and ornaments are collection previews and cannot be ordered yet.

Is the preview free?

You get one free guest preview. An account includes three free previews in total, including a guest preview you save to it. Each generation creates two watermarked versions. After your free allowance, a new preview costs 5 credits. The current cost is shown before you generate.

What does unlocking include?

50 credits unlocks both original-resolution versions without the watermark, plus a personal gift page and an editable message. Credit packs start at $9.99 for 100 credits. Prints are purchased separately.

How long does it take to receive a physical print?

US delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Orders are reviewed before printing. Delivery to other supported countries varies; contact support before ordering for a fixed date.

Question 5

Who can see my photo and gift?

Accepted Answer

Your starting photo and original-resolution files are private to your account or guest session. Images are sent to our AI service providers to create and check the artwork. A gift page is accessible to anyone you share its link with; keep that link private until you’re ready.

Question 6

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Accepted Answer

Each artwork includes one free retry, and unlocking adds one more. Further retries cost 5 credits. If a generation fails, its credits are returned. Keep your favourite version before trying again: a successful retry replaces the previous versions. Contact support if you need help with a print.
